As part of its services, LACHMANN Sp. z o.o. seeks and establishes cooperation with employees with adequate skills and profile that is similar to your company’s activity.
Our cooperation is based on delegating to you employees from neighbouring countries and Asia. Such form of our support eliminates the problem of employee rotation, reduces the production costs and is favourable to your company’s growth.
We are a Temporary Employment Agency with the assigned KRAZ 18066 registry number specialising in providing employees to many companies in Poland. We were already now able to assist many employers. We also cooperate with several large companies by constantly providing them with production staff.

We also have residential facilities and own transport in Żary, Sulechów, Zielona Góra, Legnica and Wrocław and in the surrounding areas, which facilitates the delegation of employees to your company in a short period of time.
The LACHMANN Employment Agency has a civil liability insurance on sum of over PLN 1,000,000 and a civil liability insurance of up to PLN 100 thousand per employee.
Permits
Our company’s lawyers prepare all registration documents, including the work permits and delegate eligible workers to the employer based on an employee leasing and taking care for continuity in maintaining the number of vacancies.
As an employment agency, we also hold the AÜG (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz) certificate required for cooperation and legal employment of workers in Germany.
Certificate
The AÜG Germany employment agency certificate can be of substantial aid for us in working further with your German branches. Our HR department guarantees the legalisation of all documentation and obtaining 6-month to 2-years work permits for workers as well as A1 permits in Germany.
